Most of the information about why I am doing this is here but the basic gist? We are trying to improve the way we eat. We are avoiding pasta, rice, potatoes and bread. We are limiting alcohol and dessert. We are eating more greens. And we are doing all of this while not eating coconut, tree nuts, garlic or beans.
